Unwanted Items
We would like our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. However, there might be an occasion when you decide that you no longer want the item you have bought – for whatever reason. It's not a problem. Send it back to us in the original packaging, as new, within 14 days of its receipt and we will give you a full refund.

Faulty Items
We make great efforts to ensure that our products are of a good quality and standard and are issued to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely or unfortunate event that your item should be damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Services on 0207 350 4440 and we will advise you what you should do. We will either send you a replacement or issue you a full refund on receipt of the faulty item which can be returned to us using our freepost address:
